At Active Diagnostic Inc. (ADI), we specialize in one thing—helping surgeons protect their patients by monitoring nervous system function during surgery. As intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) professionals, we serve in the operating room as part of the surgical team. Our job is to test and monitor brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve function and alert surgeons to nerve damage risk. Surgeons also use our services to map brain function and nerve anatomy so that they can navigate safely through delicate surgeries.

ADI supports surgeons in hospitals located throughout Northern California, Nevada and parts of Utah. We take pride in our monitoring staff made up of IONM professionals trained and certified to the highest standards, including six of only 144 diplomates of the American Board of Neurophysiologic Monitoring.
